Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.  

Sales tax is not included in the prices expressed on the Website, but may be billed in connection with final invoicing where required.  

The prices on the Website are expressed in U.S. dollars. 

KIKA VARGAS reserves the right to change, limit or terminate special offers at any time.

Products indicated on a “SALE” or “FINAL SALE” basis cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.  

Discounts in connection with promotions or seasonal coupon offers may not be applied or combined to products already discounted at the online Store.

We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.  In addition, we reserve the right to limit the available quantities of any products or Services that we offer.  All descriptions of products and all product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.  Finally, we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited. 

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information or material purchased or obtained by you from us will meet your expectations.

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments and it is expressly understood that when paying with a credit card, the person paying accepts Shopify Payment’s terms of service.

Once a payment has been finalized and confirmed, KIKA VARGAS shall send the purchaser an email confirming the details of the purchase and providing the order number. This email represents that the order has been received and that it will be processed. The purchaser will later receive a notification email updating the status of the order and providing a tracking number for the shipment.

Order cancellations or changes.

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so but no earlier than 2 hours after placing your order. Please note that KIKA VARGAS does not accept partial cancellations of orders.

Delivery

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you should receive it within 2-3 business days (Domestic USA) and 3 to 10 business days (International). Delivery times can vary based on your shipping destination and due to unforeseen circumstances.

We offer delivery Monday - Friday via our shipping services: FedEx (Domestic USA) and DHL Express (International).  We DO NOT offer delivery on Saturdays. Orders placed Friday - Sunday will be processed and shipped the following business day, excluding US holidays. 

We do not offer express shipping.

Sales Tax

State and local sales tax rates depend on the regulations in force in the destination to which the products are being shipped. Taxes will be invoiced during checkout and will be charged to the User’s payment method.

International orders: Duties and taxes levied by Purchaser’s country will be displayed as a separate line item in your Check Out cart. Generally, all duties paid at check out are not collected by KIKA VARGAS but are passed directly to your local customs office.  If other arrangements apply, KIKA VARGAS will so inform you.

The location to which the shipment is made will determine the import duties to be charged. All duties and taxes must be paid upon checkout. 

Returns and Exchanges

To return an item, kindly contact us at info@kikavargas.com for prompt assistance. 

To initiate a return, please ensure that all items are in their original packaging, unused, in the same condition as when sold, unbroken, without stains or perforations and no defective snaps or zippers, and have not been washed.  Returns must include the purchase order number or the invoice number.  Proper handling procedures must be used in the packing and shipping of all returned items. 

Please retain the original packaging, invoices, and confirmation emails.  Be cautious when unpacking products.

KIKA VARGAS retains the right to refuse a refund for items that show signs of wear, staining, laundering, or any alterations.  In addition, Items without attached tags will not qualify for a refund.

Items purchased on a "SALE" or “FINAL SALE” basis cannot be returned or exchanged and no exceptions are allowed.

KIKA VARGAS offers exchanges for the purpose of obtaining a change of size for a product of the same style. Finally, kindly note that exchanges, if permitted, will depend on the availability of the corresponding stock.

• For USA Returns/Exchanges:

The first return or exchange from within the USA will be complimentary for KIKA VARGAS customers. Please contact us at info@kikavargas.com to initiate the exchange or return process.

• For International Returns/Exchanges:

For international returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for creating a shipping label and covering the associated return costs. Please contact us at info@kikavargas.com to coordinate the return or exchange process.

Please select a courier service (e.g., the Post Office, FedEx or DHL) and use the following address for shipment: 5220 NW 72nd Ave #3, Miami, FL 33166, USA.

KIKA VARGAS does not assume liability for orders lost during the return shipping process. Therefore, we highly recommend retaining the receipt issued by the courier service including the tracking number as evidence of shipment to process any claims directly with the shipping company.

Refunds

Upon an accepted return being processed, the corresponding refund may take from 2 to 10 business days depending on your bank or other payment system. 

Consumer Protection Law

If consumer protection legislation in force in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these terms and conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies in conformity with that legislation. These terms and conditions will be interpreted subject to the mandatory provisions of applicable consumer protection legislation.
