RETURN POLICY

  • Most orders shipped to locations within the United States can be returned within 15 days of delivery. 

  • To initiate a return, please ensure that all items are in their original packaging, unused, in the same condition as when sold, unbroken, without stains or perforations and with no defective snaps or zippers and that have not been washed.  Returns must include the purchase order number or the invoice number.  Proper handling procedures must be used in the packing and shipping of all returned items. 

  • Please retain the original packaging, invoices, and confirmation emails.  Be cautious when unpacking products.

  • KIKA VARGAS retains the right to refuse a refund for items that show signs of wear, staining, laundering, or any alterations.  In addition, Items without attached tags will not qualify for a refund.

  • Items purchased on a "SALE" basis cannot be returned or exchanged and no exceptions are allowed.

- For USA Returns/Exchanges:

The first return or exchange from within the USA will be complimentary for KIKA VARGAS customers. Please contact us at info@kikavargas.com to initiate the exchange or return process. Any subsequent returns will be at the customer's expense, and the shipping charge for these returns will be deducted from the refund. Please contact us at info@kikavargas.com to initiate the process. All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

- For International Returns/Exchanges:

For international returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for creating a shipping label and covering the associated return costs. Please contact us at info@kikavargas.com to coordinate the return or exchange process. All refunds will be processed back using the original payment method.

  • For the product return, we suggest opting for a courier service that provides tracking. Please select a courier service (e.g., the Post Office, FedEx or DHL) and use the following address for shipment: 5220 NW 72nd Ave #3, Miami, FL 33166, USA

  • KIKA VARGAS does not assume liability for orders lost during the return shipping process. Therefore, we highly recommend retaining the receipt issued by the courier service including the tracking number as evidence of shipment to process any claims directly with the shipping company.

  • Upon an accepted return being processed, the corresponding refund may take from 2 to 10 business days depending on your bank or other payment system. 

  • At this time, we do offer exchanges, specifically for a change of size on the same style. Kindly note that exchanges will depend on stock availability. Please contact info@kikavargas to make an exchange.
